League Updates

Scorecard Submission Requirement
To ensure accurate and timely recording of match results, all scorecards must now be submitted within 24 hours of the match taking place.

• Late submissions may result in penalty points or fines in line with league rules.
• This change helps us keep league standings accurate and up to date, and supports fair play across the divisions.
• Scorecards to be submitted via email only.

Refereeing Fixture Responsibilities
If your team is unable to fulfil a scheduled refereeing duty, and the Referees’ Secretary is required to arrange a replacement referee, a fine will be issued.

• This is in accordance with the league rules and aims to ensure all fixtures are supported appropriately.

Trainee Referees
All trainee referees must now sign the match scorecard after officiating as part of their training process.

Fixture Schedule Updates

We’ve made several updates and adjustments to the fixture list. Please review these carefully.

Website Fixture Updates

All recent fixture changes have been uploaded to the Fixtures section of the website.
Teams should check for changes regularly to avoid confusion.

Cup Competitions

An error was identified in the original Cup Week 1 draw, the updated draw is now live on the website. Please disregard any previously shared Cup Week 1 fixtures.

Pitch Reseeding at The Barracks

Due to ongoing ground maintenance and reseeding, all fixtures scheduled at The Barracks in June are being revised. This affects matches involving Westbury, Westbury Gems, and Westbury Diamonds. Teams impacted should liaise directly with their opponents to arrange an alternative pitch. Fixtures must still be played on the originally scheduled date and time. Once an alternative venue has been agreed, please notify both the Fixtures and Referees' Secretary as soon as possible.

Woodbank Ladies Withdrawal

Woodbank Ladies have officially withdrawn from the league. As a result, any Division 5 team that was scheduled to play them will now receive a bye for those fixtures.

Greenmount A & B Ground Change
Both teams will now play their home games at Christ Church Primary School, Walshaw.

The following documents are now available:

• Updated Safeguarding Documents
• All relevant Policies and Procedures
• These can be accessed from the Downloads section of the site.

Teams Page Refreshed
We've updated the Teams page with current contact information and corrected ground locations. Each team’s fixture list and contact information is now linked directly from the Teams page. A direct link to the Fixtures remains available on the homepage for ease of access.

Next League Meeting

• The next League Meeting will take place on Wednesday 12th June.
