Dawn Leach
Chair
The Chair leads all Management and League meetings and can call extraordinary meetings through the League Secretary. They also hold the casting vote in the event of a tie.
Jackie Santos
Vice Chair
The Vice Chair supports the Chair and steps in when needed, leading meetings and overseeing proceedings. They also take on the Chair’s casting vote responsibility in the event of a tie.
Arron Lever
League Secretary
The Secretary is responsible for organising meetings, managing records, and handling League communications. They also distribute minutes, process registrations, and maintain the official Rule & Fixture Book.
Natalie Johnson
Referees & Fixtures Secretary
The Referees & Fixtures Secretary organises match officials and schedules all League fixtures, including rearrangements. They also handle team queries and coordinate referee training to ensure standards are maintained.
Megan Olphert
Treasurer & Benefits Secretary
The Treasurer & Benefits Secretary manages League finances, including collecting fees, paying expenses, and overseeing all funds. They also process claims, support players, and prepare the annual accounts with the appointed accountant.
Jenny Green
Registration & Results Secretary
The Registration & Results Secretary ensures all players and teams are eligible, manages transfers, and oversees match results. They also handle registration queries and share fixtures, results, and news with the press and website manager.
Arron Lever
Welfare Coordinator
The Welfare Coordinator supports players, officials, and committee members with any welfare concerns and ensures a strong duty of care across the League. They also provide guidance and training on welfare responsibilities, including moral, ethical, and legal matters.

Social Secretary
The Social Secretaries organise key League events such as the presentation evening and gala day through a dedicated social workgroup. They coordinate communication and delegate tasks to ensure events run smoothly.

Minutes Secretary
The Minutes Secretary records accurate minutes and actions from all meetings and passes them to the League Secretary for distribution.
Kelly Johnson
HR Associate
The HR Associate ensures the League and its Committee operate in line with current legislation, best practice, and relevant guidance. They also oversee the fair and appropriate handling of complaints.
Jennie Bryant-Chesworth
Committee Member
A Committee Member supports the League by assisting with a range of tasks and contributing to the smooth running of activities and events. They play an active role in discussions and help wherever needed to support the work of the Committee.
